Peru - Mrs. Myrtle Linn, 89, of 258 W. Main St., Peru, died at 3:50 a.m. Saturday at Peru Nursing Home after an extended illness. Born in Crawfordsville May 1, 1884, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Work. She was married Feb. 28, 1910, to Dr. Frank Linn, who died March 17, 1958. She was a member of Peru First Presbyterian Church, Ruth Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, and Peru Garden Club. Survivors include two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One daughter preceded her in death. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard Wylie officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where Eastern Star memorial rites will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday.
